The program includes the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) personal assessment. Topics such as the role of corporate culture, communication for development, strategic management, creative and critical thinking, leadership basics and self-reflection, and cultural and generational diversity provide a leadership framework to support high potential employees as they grow into management positions. A critical element is the inclusion of corporate mentors from the employees' own company, adding a unique and relevant experience over the course of the programming. Mentors are provided a two-hour orientation.
